Good news for the crypto enthusiasts in the world: according to the recent official announcement from Pitch Finance and FlockiFinance that PAF DAO is Decentralized Autonomous Organization incorporated by Pitch Finance and Flocki Finance.
Start date: 1 March 2018. Pitch and Flocki Finance have decided to officially merge their two Decentralized Autonomous Organization DAO in a new partnership agreement on the blockchain called PAF DAO with the ticker PFAND.
Pitch Finance is excited to announce that we have teamed with Flocki Finance to form a new decentralized autonomous organization, PAF DAO. Both entities will continue to operate as normal but will share technological platforms and knowledge to further the mission of each project.
While we experience a lot of mergers in the industry, this is one of the first time two leading leaders in the space have joined forces resulting in an even stronger entity.
The two projects Pitch and Flocki Finance have decided to merge. PAF DAO is going to have sub-DAO's pitching of their portfolios and dAPP's directly to the public using smart contracts, they are also going to be able to feel more secure in doing so because they will not be held liable for their actions by shareholders.
